Myself and esteemed Athletics Association of Ireland Level 3 Sprint Coach John Shields have developed a High Performance group which aims to provide
everything that an athlete requires to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
Everyone can improve their speed with the right combination of weight training and correct sprint training.
This focuses on the following areas:
- Structural Balance Testing and appropriate correction if necessary
- Lifting Technique Improvement
- Strength Improvement
- Sprint Technique improvement via drills
- Maximum Velocity improvement via correct Sprint Training
