John Kelly of Dublin Performance Institute is without a doubt the best Physical Therapest i have ever met with. I suffered a serious back injury in late 2007 playing rugby and required surgery to correct it. I had an emergency discectomy and needed several months to recover. Less than a lear later i was suffereng chronic back pain again. A collegue recomended John, he had sworn by him for years as he is a marathon runner and John had helped him over the years. My GP had sent me for an MRI and was reccomending another operation. When I met John he assessed everything, asked about my injury history over the years. Exercise routines, sports present and past and decided to use dry needeling and manipulation of my pelvis. I was sceptical to say the least. I slept that night for the first time in three weeks. I attended him for three more sessions and felt a whole lot better. He gave me a corrective exercise programme which improved things no end. I played for another two years thanks to John.
