How does this work?

Weight Training
Weight training (resistance training) when implemented by a qualified professional will cause your muscle mass to increase. As muscle is biologically active, this means that your new muscle mass burns off more calories than your previous muscle mass did! So, even at rest, your body is consuming more calories than before.
More muscle mass means improved immune system function too. Which is a positive advantage of weight training that is rarely mentioned.
Certain weight training methods have been designed to speed up body composition changes. The main one is German Body Composition training. This makes the heart work harder by moving blood from one extremity to another and the result is more calories burned in a shorter space of time than regular weight training.

Nutrition Advice and BioSignature Modulation
Your Personal Trainer will provide a Diet Sheet that will be analysed each week so that your diet can be modified to suit your body and to complement your BioSignature Results. The purpose of this analysis is to determine if your current food intake is causing your insulin (caused by rising blood sugar) levels to be constantly high, which causes you to store fat. Or to determine if your current diet is causing you to be toxic or your Cortisol levels to be too high (usually due to high insulin levels).
BioSignature is used to determine what your hormonal profile is and to highlight all problem areas in order. For example if you have an Insulin BioSignature Profile, this means that you store more fat on your hips and this gets highlighted by the BioSignature software. Therefore, a client with an Insulin profile is made aware of the foods that can cause their insulin levels to rise so that they can avoid these as much as possible. The result here is that this fat site will drop, making the client leaner.

Pre training Nutrition and Post Training Nutrition
You will also receive advice on Pre and Post training nutrition to ensure that you receive sufficient fuel to build muscle and to help your body recover after your workouts.

Final Result
The overall result is to reduce fat levels from where you want it reduced. This may mean a drop in dress size for some people or a drop in overall weight for an athlete.
Your immune system function should improve and your blood sugar levels should be more stable as your diet will be positively modified to ensure that this happens.
