I have been involved in sprinting for over 20 years. I run a high performance group of sprinters and jumpers in the National Athletics Stadium in Santry with Level 3 Athletics Coach John Shields.
We have one of the most successful groups in the country. Many of these athletes’ achievements are listed in the testimonials section and in My Profile.
