Supplementation

In an ideal world there would be no need for additional supplementation if your diet provided everything that you needed for training, recovery and competing.
However, this unfortunately is rarely the case anymore.

Many supplements are vital to maintain basic health. While many are necessary for:

  • Managing Insulin
  • Reducing Cortisol
  • Improving Testosterone
  • Reducing Estrogen Levels
  • Removing Toxins from the Body
  • Improving Performance

Magnesium

  • Magnesium is a synergistic mineral. This means that its presence is necessary for many other biochemical processes to take place.
  • Magnesium is the fourth-most abundant mineral in the body. Magnesium is involved in 300 essential biochemical reactions in the body, ranging from ATP production to protein synthesis, so it is obviously important for optimal athletic performance and a high quality of life.
  • Magnesium is essential for the detoxification of Cortisol. The more stress you have (including training) the more cortisol you produce.
  • There are 5 HORMONES made by the heart and magnesium suppresses the ANXIOUS one.
  • High cortisol levels affect sleep quality so that even though they get eight hours or more of sleep, they will wake up exhausted.
  • Almost 100% of athletes are magnesium deficient.

 Zinc

Zinc is another synergistic mineral. This means that its presence is necessary for many other biochemical processes to take place.

Vitamin D3

99% of people are Vitamin D3 deficient.
All tissue types within the body have receptor sites for vitamin D3. That’s how important it is to your health!

Java Stim, is a mixture of Caffeine, Tyrosine and L-Phenylalanine. The amino acids help increase the levels of adrenaline, and nor-adrenaline, and paradoxically help out the adrenals regenerate faster, thus eliminating the jitters.
Two to four capsules 45 minutes before a workout does wonders.
